Abstract (not exceeding 2 pages of A4 size) may be submitted in the form of a hard copy or through email attachment. However, submission abstract through email will be preferred.  

The Abstract may be prepared as per the Instructions to Authors given at the end of this page. The abstract may be prepared in Microsoft Word or preferably in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format.

Registration is must for an abstract submission. Therefore please ensure that you get yourself registered for this conference. Abstract will be rejected if proper conference registration is not done.

All abstract should accompany duly filled Registration Form. Registration form can be downloaded from this website. The abstracts will be reviewed by a panel of experts. The authors of the accepted abstracts will be informed if they have any oral presentation.

The official language for the Conference is English. All documents, letters, communications, presentations and contributions of any kind are to be written in English. Interpretation facilities will not be available.      
The use of the SI unit is mandatory.

INSTRUCTION TO THE AUTHORS
The text shall be organize in a single column left and right justified, using single spacing in the body of text and double between paragraphs. Font size is 11 and Times New Roman for the regular text and 14 size for Title, 12 size for authors.
