Bangalore is well connected to the rest of the world directly. Lufthansa, Air India, Air France, British Airways, Singapore Airlines, Thai Airlines, Malaysian Airline and Srilankan Airlines have regular flight directly to Bangalore from various destinations around the world. Cathay Pacific also has an understanding with Air India for direct flights to Bangalore. These airlines also fly to Chennai and Mumbai International airports which are connected to Bangalore (45 minutes and 1.5 hrs, respectively) by a large number of domestic airlines around the clock. Among the options for domestic airlines in India are Indian Airlines, Jet Airways, Air Sahara, Kingfisher Airlines, Air Deccan, Spicejet and Go Air. Bangalore is also accessible by train from all parts of India. Delegates arriving by air at the Bangalore Airport will be received and transferred to their place of accommodation by the conference organisation.

VISA:
All overseas delegates are requested to apply to the nearest Indian Embassy/Consulate for getting their visa. Visa-related information may be found here. If need be, the SCRFI Secretary can send an invitation letter for visa purposes upon request.
